Hi Sal here i have always wanted to build one of these and here i am building one, i would like to share some ideas and hoping that some one can Benefit or advise me if i missed something.
I had some issues with cable management and i came up with the idea of a interphase board that would plug onto the Arduino that would help with cable management.
this made it really easy to allow all connections to be done via this Board making the build tidy

I learnt the hard way and welding is not my trade, but after long hours of practice i started to progress

i had planed to make it higher but i realized that it is not needed i did some changes and lowered the CV joint cutting the Excess pipe, and completed the upper module.
At this point i was happy with where i was and next step is to start painting the structure prior doing any other works

I have made big progress here one coat of prime and 3 coats of black enamel spray and started to assemble nearly all the parts

I have made some grooves on to the shaft to see if it will not slip in operation
and i still need to drill and paint

Thanks for that I actually have not welded the upper frame yet still waiting for the rest of my parts so I can find the balanced point with my weight
