    hello I need to know what interface can create 2 output ?

    I believe arduino would but what else ? I dont believe JRK can ?

    what are the options ?

    You are correct but remember with an arduino you will need something like a sabertooth to drive your motors.

    anyway i started to have a look at the sabertooth but is a bit expensive

    Yes cheaper, in quality. Motos will work but get heat sinks and if you get them from china order a few extra because they dont always work.

    Never heard of a sabertooth being bad or burning out, just saying. You can get one sabertooth for around 130 that will power both motors.
