    Imo unless you are going to try implementing large movement surge and sway tables then surge and sway shouldn't even be used for a motorcycle simulator. Roll, pitch, and heave is all that is required for a decent experience (at least from a non-professional riders point of view). The real angle in degrees of roll and pitch is not necessary to simulate either as long as there is a representation of it. If there's not enough roll angle of your rig to suit your taste then you then you can always lean your body alone more to the left or right. But since leaning a lot won't feel correct due to gravity pulling you down sideways even more I don't recommend that. Pitch will allow you to feel acceleration and braking as well as the front end lifting off of the ground. Heave will allow you to feel the road surface and possibly compression when turning.
    But something else very important to the experience that is often not discussed much is a good force feedback motorcycle controller. On a motorcycle, a lot of the feeling of the bike (feedback) comes thru the handlebars so a good force feedback controller is a must.
