Worked on the 3 Sim base again. All the glue, screws and support plates. It doesn't look like much done but requires a lot of time. I will post pics soon. Darkness fell and was more motivated to get as much done as possible.

Some pics of the 3 base units. I was going to use steel angle for motor mounts but have decided to use aluminum for weight savings and machine ability .

First pics of computers to be used for the 3 simulators. Another Silverstone mini ITX case with Eyefinity 6 is needed. Money money money money:p

I am a little confused, how many computers are you using to run 3 simulators? There is a stack of computer behind the 2 mini ITX cases, are they for parts or something else?

The stack on the right is for multi-display and usb input for controls. One each per simulator and the stack on the left is for game engine control and any other feature needed to enhance the experience. The mini-ITX with eyefinity 6 will be used to do small displays for gauges.

I will be interested to see it all in action, it just seems to me to be overly complicated when you could just have one computer per simulator doing all of that.

I feel like that part almost needs a post all to itself! Cool stuff! @noorbeast has a point in that you could probably accomplish all of that with one PC per rig but I'd still be quite interested to see how a multi screen gauge display comes out.

Hey Craig, you are inspiration brother. Multi-monitor is going to be used. Curved displays are getting affordable and will wait until needed. Ordered the aluminum 4x6 angle yesterday. Thanks everyone.:cheers

I will post this week pictures of the mini displays that will be using ultraMFCD. Only the gauges that are display will be used. All others will be actually sim gauges.

Slow down on simulators. Purchased a C5 Corvette with low miles. Lots of upgrades to high horsepower and suspension. A gearhead from 3 decades. 230 MPH is target. I will work on sims as time allows. Widowed father and mid life. Need to go fast. Really fast! This is not dead. Worked on them today. All the best.
