    To design a control card apart from mentioned ones in the site.

    What is the telemetry data rate uplodated that send from PC to control card.
    For example every 10ms or 50ms etc...

    It depends on the rate you set it at.
    For example, with COM output, you can select a packet rate anywhere from 1 thru 50.
