Several motion simulator concepts and systems are offered at x-simulator.de.
One of the most popular motion simulator is the SCN5 actuator based simulator like this one:
    http://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/yobuddy’s-hit-and-run-simulator.2565/

If you intent to build a motion simulator with very low latency, enormous speed and very precise
and accurate positioning you definitely should have a look at Dyadics SCN5 and SCN6 actuators

A free and easy to use software to control a SCN5 based simulator is SimTools

    d-scn5-b.jpg

    Description:
The SCN5 / SCN6 is a programmable actuator with integrated microprocessor, optical encoder and linear drive in one package.
The complete actuator is optimized for high accuracy and low cost while delivering high speed and peak thrust.
Finally an affordable programmable electric actuator!
The Mechatronics Cylinders are available in a range of stroke lengths 50 and 300mm and are constructed using an extruded
aluminum body with 303 stainless for the shaft and rod tip. The SCN5 actuators can easily be operated via 24VDC
signals from PLCs or relays, and can be connected in networks of up to 16 axes.

    Main features are:

    • Includes closed loop servo motor, servo amplifer and control
    • Independently programmable position, speed, acceleration, force, etc.
    • Easy to use; make a few 24 VDC connections and program in 15 minutes!
    • Program from handheld pendant or from PC
    • Virtually infinite positioning possible
    • Networkable up to 16 axes
    • DeviceNet and CC-Link gateways available
    • 50-300mm stroke versions
    • Repeatability as good as ±0.01mm
    • 400mm/sec max. speed
    • IP40 environmental protection
    • 303SS rod and tip-thread

some people had luck with frex actuators. some concerns about wiring though . it could be slighty different.

they are also less expensive to my knowledge.

For an alternate source for actuators you can check us out as well:

    http://diysim.com/product-category/actuators/

We have lots of different configurations we can do. Our actuators come with the rod ends as well. We also have the ability to pre-wire the actuator before shipping. Let me know how I can help.

I am unsure If I am reading what your saying correctly. Are you implying I am doing something wrong? All I am trying to do is get the word out and help the DIYer find solutions and answer any questions necessary. I am trying me best to be a good liason between the diyer and the company.

What do you mean by good offers? By offering prices less than the competitors plus a exclusive discount code? All we're trying to do is let the diyers know that we exist and here to offer the products to help create your sims. If you require more DIY help, ask. If it is something we can help with using our products and expertise well do the best we can with it.

If there is anything else you need feel free to ask me. And I am always available via pm as well to further discuss any issues you are having.

That is called ADVERTISING my friend. And I guess complains could be presented regarding this post here regarding that you use the company slogo as your avatar and your signature have a promo code and other obvious things ...
No offence my friend but your case is clear and is violating the terms of service ...

On the other hand you're doing good in your xyz thread :thumbs ... I really like it :thumbs ... So pls. just keep it there with all members questions and concerns and keep posting the good news and performance there and you'll be more than "Well known " member ...
In the other members threads just be one of us giving all possible solutions all over the world not only in your country ... and don't forget that you have a thread describes it all you can always put it's link ;).
    Thanks for your understanding ...

I apologize if you feel that I am trying to come in and hijack everyones post. I have only posted in areas that I felt that we could actually provide help to. I posted in this thread to answer Shannon's question.

And to clarify We do ship worldwide. We aren't just trying to serve just our country. Let me know if I can help you directly.

    Thanks

Is unbelievable FrexGP shop SCN6 40kg 150mm price cheap than other shop SCN5 10kg 150mm. Is the cheap actuator from FrexGP reliable? Are both company use the different brands?

Mirai is legit . they are in Toronto (Canada). try to send an Email
they need to renew some kind of licence probably for their site

i d go for Frex for the price . they outsource their actuator from directly from mirai (i believe)

I would go for frex to.. you can buy their USB control box or buy 2 usb to rs485 converters. Both are powered by simtools.
