    Here is an interesting one. Race Track Builder lets you easily create custom or Google Maps based race tracks, that you can then import to other simulators like Assetto Corsa.

    I kind of fancy the possibility of creating a track out of my local streets and screaming around them in Assetto Corsa in a Lotus Exos 125, so Race Track Builder has my vote :thumbs
