Building 2DOF sim thanks to Racingmat and his
2DOF Motion Simulator with truck wiper motor playseat tutorial. Currently have allready moving seat in LFS :)

    Cost:
    20 euro each motor
40 euro for arduino mega and monster motoshield
and some little parts like cooling fan wires etc.
all other parts was home :)
Leather seat from Renault Laguna :D

It´s not a best looking, my welding skills began with this project so i just hope it will stay in one piece :D

Did not want to spend a lot of money so i used parts that was at home but it seems to be just enough for a sim witch will cost me max 100 Euro

IT´s ALIVE !! :D Had a really big strugle with simtools. Took a lot of time to find right setup for 2DOF. I will post pictures of my settings next week. Maybe it will help somebody with same setup.

And most important thing... you need a test monkey.... if you don´t have any, you can use a sister it´s almost a same thing :D

For now missing pieces of a puzzle: wheel mount and pedal mounts.

300W PSU from a PC, Arctic cooler FAN mounted to a GPU cooler which is mounted to motoshield. Is 300W enough? What difference would make 600W PSU in Racingmat tutorial?

This 300W seems to me like moving easily.

It really depends on what the motors need in terms of power but yours would seem to be just fine with the PSU you have.

Just at the end of you video it would seem there is some unwanted lateral twist, which is not uncommon when CV joints are used for the pivot, so you may want to add a control arm to prevent it.
