my english is very bad sorry.
    i share u some pics.
it started with searching a new racing game on you tube.
and i came out on a video of a guy who uild his own racing sim and i thought i wanne have this and also realize it would nt be easy to build it.
i saw many vids and pics and there r alote of controlers and motors. i started with a moto monster shiel, arduino r3, psu 47 amp and 2 wiper motors. after many problems and issues i was able to make it work thx to alote of oter builders.
    picture time
i bought some alloy pipes 20mm diameter for the upper frame
bought steel square pipes 30x30 for the base frame to install the motors and electrical stuff and some fans to cool down whats inside.
but then i had a problem the right wiper motor overheated after 10 min of driving:( and installed some alloy arround the motors but still not ok. then i tryed to cool it with water bend some copper pipe arround the motors bought 2 waterpumps and 2 radiators in a pc shop then it stayed cool and could drive for 4 or 5 hours.
but then i had n other problem the plastic gear wheels of the wiper motors wher not strong enough and bought 2 zyt90 motors a second monster shield a second psu of 47 amp and rebuild the hardware again on the base frame and with this upgrade no need to cool down the motors with water they even dont get hot after hours of driving.
at the end i cut some alloy pipes from the upper frame coz it was not easy to get in or out:). i changed my steering wheel and paddles of my G27 in a bigger steering wheel 320 mm to have more feeling while driving my sim. the end result is just plug and play ;).
i wanne thank all the people who helped me for ther effort and made time to reply me questions and adviced me. thank u so much. u made me do this guys BIG THANKS:thumbs

Thanks for sharing both the pictures and story of you build and eventual upgrades @dradis. Your rig looks impressive with both the lighting, metal work and attention to detail.

Can I ask what is the third PSU used to power?

Also would it be possible to get you to post a video of your motion simulator in action, I am sure there would be plenty of members here who would appreciate that.

Phenomenal build! True attention to detail. And I am building the very same watercooling for my simulator. Great to know that it works :)

Well done! And yes, video please!

    :)

the 3th power supply is for the cooling pumps and both water pumps (dont need those waterpumps anymore coz of the new motors)
