    Hi, everyone.
I make a moving simulator in Japan for a half year.

It must be not accepted, but my English is poor first. I use translation of Yahoo, but it may become strange English.

Because I was a beginner, at first I decided to make a project of RacingMat a sample.
His work was simple, too, and his thread was able to have a good feeling again very clearly.

I think to move it well that it is important to lighten a upperstructure and use the pipe of the square aluminum for main structure materials.

The infrastructure assembles a pipe and a reinforcement board with a bolts and nuts, but the upperstructure uses many pop rivets for lightweighting.

The main board is arudino uno and moto monster. The constitution of this neighborhood refers to Racingmat.

The motor uses a motor for familiar windshield wipers. It is a tool for some kind of construction government funds that the mount of the motor is DIY shop and valued.

I made the seat with the wood with the goal of lightweighting and a saving of the money first and watched the seat, but it was uncomfortable and because it looked bad, I splurged and purchased a bucket seat.
After all it is important visually.
Health needs a correct good seat as much as possible to enjoy a long-time game. I sat down on one's own seat, and I had a slipped disk.

In my project , There was not the rare place particularly, but a fan of motion simulator reported it for the time being in the corner in Asia that I was.

The hardware is completed, but is deepening understanding of xsimulator now.

    Thanks ALL :)

"Welcome!" You have joined the Dec 25, 2011...!I hope you did not need 3 years for building your nice and clear rig, isn't it? ;)
You still use the code of RacingMat? Now you are dipping into the matter of SimTools. Hope your rig will run soon!

    Hi All
Complete a machine, and I am setting it up now.
I was able to run ”live for speed “ first of all.
Handling of Sim tool engine was identified as Sim tool manager a little, too.

I am challenging a flight simulator and connect a stick, a throttle, a ladder pedal now.
This has not yet done setting of Sim tool well.

    Looking good @fledge2b.

If you can is there any chance of a video of your rig in action?

    Hi @fledge2b
Great to see your sim moving. Thank you for sharing your video. I admire people who can build a motion rig and can fly! :thumbs

I welded the base of the universal joint. I let a bolt penetrate formerly and fixed it, but a gutter was big and was ill-conditioned.
After all the technique of the welding is necessary.

Nice rig! :thumbs Seeing these flight videos make me regret that I have made my own rig solely for racing...

And it is nice to see soaring for a change as the flight simulation, nice one @fledge2b :thumbs

I must admit I like the fact that I can swap between flight and race modes in a matter of moments. I see you have a racing wheel to the side of your sim, so am guessing you also do both.
