    The JRK portion is correct. I am no sparky but the general layout of the wiring picture @Lucian posted seems OK, with a switch for the fans and another for the JRKs, though there would only need to be one rather than two kill switches. Perhaps keeping it simple as @bsft suggests may be the way to go initially, just to get the thing going and consider more complex wiring and switch panel once you have the build sorted.

    My dual racers have no cut out switch, if players want motion stopped, they pause the game, however, no one has asked me to stop the motion, probably because ITS A motion sim.
    I tell them if you do not want motion, go play on something else.

    The only switch I have is on the box wich contain the jrk,s.
    I allways try to think simple cos the more crap is added the more things can brake.....thats my opinion.
    Thats why I use a car battery and a charger to power my 4 motors, it works perfect !

    engine start stop in momentary on, so unless you continually hold it, you will loose connection.
    Normally start /stop buttons are configured to the game via a button box, so you "start" the car in game.
    Wire up the JRK like the diagram says, or everytime you shut the power off, you will probably have to go into the utility program and click reset errors all the time.

    It looks like you are trying to complicate something simple.
    Ive already shown the best way to turn off the motors if you dont want motion, but doing that, unless the motors will hold a bit when turned off, they will slump down.
    If you want the motors to hold but the motion to stop, speak to @yobuddy and maybe he can put an interface in the simtools program thats turned on and off by a button on the keyboard.

    I would defer to someone like @Scratch for a final opinion, as he has done a lot of recent integrated panel wiring.

    My electrical experience is limited but I think you need to clarify if the engine start button is a momentary or toggle switch. If it is a momentary switch then use a toggle switch instead and include the wiring for the potentiometer as @bsft indicated.

    And how do i wire fans to start when the jrk starts?

    Ok so that button on you diagram is like a killswitch if something brakes i put that switch and motors dies how about the jrks will they stil run?

    That wiring is from @Scratch its how he has it hooked up but he uses a key switch instead of start button. But i dont understand because its only plus that goes to some buttons switches where is the minus

    If i use this diagram no switches no buttons no fuse nothing. When does the motion starts when i connect the psu to the ac wall or when i start iracing or when i start simtools? Same for shuting down when does the motion stops when i close iracing or simtools or when i take out the psu ac from the wall?

    I am guessing @Scratch uses the key as a toggle switch, hence why I am trying to clarify what sort of switch your engine start button is.

    If wired as per the diagram the fans will start when the start button is pushed.

    Motion will stop when you close iracing.

    easy, run extra power wires off the PSU, so when PSU goes on, fans go on. Thats how I do it.

    Motors stop yes, JRK still goes on.

    Hello @Lucian, I responded to your private mail (sorry for the delay), should have visited here before I wrote that :) But like I wrote there and guys write here, it is better to start with simple wiring without switches etc. to test your setup. But that wiring you have looks ok to me besides that start button, looks like a momentary switch like stated.

    Bsft nailed it: don't over complicate something simple, and I surely hope my pretty messy post to you is not messing you up, there is lot's of stuff in that you should not worry about atleast for now. By the way, I also bought many of my parts from Biltema :)

    Ok it seeams that for me to wire all the 3 motors so i can shutdown all of them whit a push of a button i need 3 solid state relays can somebody please help me whit a wiring diagram of that?

    Hi, what are you trying to do, switch AC or DC? For my DC failsafes I use this DC relay. 40A 12V DC. Came with a wired socket. Got a pack of 5 of E-Bay at a reasonable price. Always like to use equipment designed for the task if possible. Is that a solid state relay, as it looks like a optical coupled electro-mechancial relay?

    I was thinking about relay too for my setup at one point when my main power switches stopped working. They were AC rated and in our sim use we need DC rated. I did not dig too deep in the world of relays, because I decided to try dc switches, but I'm affraid that it is possible that relay in your picture might work for awhile, but may break after awhile, it is AC rated. AND it needs AC current to work. If I'm wrong, somebody please correct me.

    Yes i think its a ac relay so dc is better? Ok but how do i wire correct this ac relay to shutdown all my motors if something brakes?
