I must spend couple of ours to play with advanced setups to understand basics and get some question to ask.
    I'll :)
I'll try some of other race software to compare the data. You can find a link in my tread about first test with Simtool. Check this out if you're interested in it.
I'd like to see updated videos about yours by now, if you don't mind :)

As me :) Slowly. I need two weeks for my rig's to finish it's rebuilding.
I almost ready, but I have further work with sec and H shifters, plus handbrake.

Your rig is getting better and better :)
You should take some videos from ur rig during action :) I would like that.
How about SCN5's positions? Their positions are almost 45 deg. It is good? How about your experience and feelings, Are they not pushing too much forward to wheels during braking?

I think nobody can make better SCN5's rig and nobody could understand much better that perhaps in the world than the japanies Frex Gp. Anyway they are the founders (I think, but sorry for perhaps I'm not wright...) of this type of rigs, what we use and build DIY at home - Thanks to Simtools.

Thats why I ask u about SCN5's positions.
They never use that huge degrees for actuators even for save them. (By the way, I've used japanies actuators for five years and they still work well)

Ok, they are fanatic and almost aberrant what you can see in the next video as well, but they are genius (UFO's) :)

    So, they use low degrees.
Have you ever tried less degrees before? I can not try more as yours, because my rig is too short for that...

the videos only for demonstrate less degrees during work.

Due to the very low axil loading that the scn5 can support is not recommended to have them at a low angles, this has been the way for years, look at the SimX units that were originally developed here, the frex actuators(chinese rip offs of the scn5) can actually handle more axil loading. If this is not limited under very vast and long movements they tend to span the interal connecting pin between motor and ballscrew as what has happened in the past. Hence we recommend spreading them out and using a dampening system on the base so the vibrations do not cause stress fractures in the body, this happens to the frex units too when loaded with too much weight and working way too hard, lol SimX turns all his units down to 50% (200mm/s).

    Hi
