I don’t want to war with you @bsft :) but I have seen you mention this several times but without any explanations! I am curious why you say the dirt3 plugin for x-sim software doesn’t work right because it appears to work fine and without issues for me, at least any that I am aware of!

And while I know the guru’s building SimTools have been working their tails off before and since its release, and with much appreciation; there appears to be no urgency yet in implementing dash support for any Codemaster titles! This is disappointing, to me anyway, since I prefer using speed output to run my wind generators for extra effect! But you haven’t heard me except maybe once on this because I have been “patiently” waiting for this to be addressed ever since SimTools dash support was released!

Isn’t it okay to want both? :p

    Hello BSFT

Kevin explained everything and I thank him very:cheers:cheers .Sono sorry that no longer sells sim:( but he explained to me his reasons .... However, I have decided that I will build the structure equal to its detailed photos and thanks to that I was sent will not be difficult costruirlo.Quello I'm missing is the support for the hardware and software that kevin can not help me because his work does not have enough tempo.Nel case I decide to simtools + arduino give me a hand in the hardware configuration and software?:sos

    Thanks in advance Ernesto

@GoRacing , no problem. We just do not support the K8055 here, the arduino is a better board and codes from @RufusDufus and @prilad are the better choice in proper working codes.
However, I will mention that if you are not familiar with coding, then the JRK is the next step up as it needs no code. Choice is yours of course.
I am not familiar with arduino , so best you start a new thread with details of your planned build and others can assist there.
    Regards, David.

@ BSFT Thanks for the support I will start to read the various posts to learn about Arduino jrk and then ask for help if you do not understand.

Edit: Simtools is easy to use?

you are welcome and as we are in someone else s thread open a new one and ask what you want.
if you want my advise to get familiar with simulation get a arduino with two rc servo and start up , make a little scale prototype, start testing and you will learn a lot of things till you make it move properly.
believe me its the cheapest and funniest "first stage" thing you can make

First app is just a test app, will be posting information shortly, actually based the code from @-kevin- post.
This will only run one motor as a test and I recommend removing the pot from the motor connection as I might have it going backward, this will be detailed shortly.

    Teaser pic -
    pic - Beta test for K8055 Interface.png

We are close, I just need it confirmed working and I can add motor 2 control and interface it with SimTools.
Been a lot fun, easy to code for.

    Beta announcement Coming Soon.
