Hello everyone! My name is James Wards and I am new to this forum, but better late that never to this excellent community yeah?

Anyhow, I am currently studying 3D animation, and have designed a prototype of a simulation unit with my 3D package, with the intent of fully constructing it once I graduate.

I thought about what I would do when I finished building it... why not sell it and build another one?

Well... why not? Are there any legal connotations behind constructing and selling these desks if they contain X-sim hardware and software? What if they contained X-sim badges on the system advertising and acknowledging the existence of their technology in the system? What about a negotiable agreement with percentage cuts of the revenue?

I'm interested in knowing more about this to avoid any legal confrontations, and I believe anyone else would be interested in knowing too. Maybe a link to some terms and conditions also?

    Thanks!

    James Wards (AKA HEMI 2:BARREL)
