    Hola amigos,

    force_profiler_input.png force_profiler_math.png force_profiler_math_edit_x_axis.png force_profiler_output.png force_profiler_calibration.png force_profiler_interface.png force_profiler_program_setting.png

    Gracias y saludos.

THIS IS THE TRANSLATION OF MY POST FOR PEOPLE WHO DO NOT SPEAK SPANISH

    Hello friends,

I finished building the AMC Tronic controller and I opted for it to work with small radio-controlled servos to build a scale model of a 6DOF Stewart platform.

I managed to program the microcontroller with firmware 115KRC6DOF001 Tronic and the X-Sim Force Profiler (v.2.1) Enter the sequence also gives us our friend Tronic AB~a01~~a02~~a03~~a04~~a05~~a06~ but no movement by any of the servos. I'm doing something wrong or maybe it's a hardware failure, but I'm at a standstill and I am not able to move in this direction. We describe the steps I followed:

1 .- Connect the controller to the serial port COM1 AMC (Cable pin to pin 1-1, 2-2, 3-3, etc ...)
2 .- The 4-position DIP socket is put everything in OFF
3 .- The jumper J1 is powering the servos (when I plug the power cord 6V. Do a little twist)
4 .- The bridge is enabled Tx Rx
5 .- 4 servos connected to their outputs and the remaining 2 ADC port 7 and 8.
6 .- I connect the power and reset to clear any buffer that may remain on the controller.
7 .- 2 LEDs light up green (power and communication)
8 .- I open Force Sender and use an Xbox 360 controller that I have connected to send data to Profiler 2.1
9 .- I click on Try send data
10 .- I open Force Profiler 2.1 and that is how is each item: (IMAGES ARE THE SAME AS ABOVE)
11 .- I click on Start and move the controls on.

When I get to this step, the servos remain immobile, nothing happens and do not know what else to try. The cable works fine, since it is the same with which I programmed the microcontroller. When I reset make a little move and stop.

Can you think of something to give me a hand?

    Thanks and regards.

Ok friends, I have solved the problem.

The only thing I have changed is de datapacket or sequence. Now I am using this one AB~255~~a01~~a02~~a03~~a04~~a05~~a06~

And now is time to continue with scale stewart 6dof platform... I will keep you informed, but before that is time to

    Regards x-simers!

    Hi winzzy,

I think you are using the Hbridge. In my test I have not conected the Hbridge and I am only working with RC servos (radio control servos)
You don't need to see any output in X-sim because Tronic's AMC works in USO mode and al commands goes through COM port.

So, first let's review steps configuring X-Sim (I assume you have Profiler 2.1)

1.- INPUT SETUP: Verify you have any input to test wipers (joystick, pad or something like that) or use Force-Sender with the Test Plugin.
2.- MATH SETUP: Create 2 axis (Axis 1 and Axis 2) and in each one add a Output 1:1 (Gforce) line and in the configuration dialog that apears, in the choose sender input value select the input you want. (in my case I selected X axis from the Xbox 360 controller) and select both checkboxes Use automatic maximum adjustment and Use automatic maximum adjustment (10%) and click Insert math line and continue
3.- OUTPUT SETUP: Select USO (Universal Serial Output), select COM port where you plugged AMC 1.5 and click in Add comport to list, select 8 bit resolution and binary output. In datapacket with axis information write this sequence for 2 axis: AB~255~~a01~~a02~
4.- In Force-Sender click on Try Send Data
5.- PUSH START in Force-Profiler (it will change to red with the STOP word)
6.- Move the pad or the test plugin sliders and wipers should move.

For me worked, but I remember you I am using servos in the Servo port no in the Hbridge, wipers worked for me with that config

    Regards!
