Searching for a way to control my 5 rev meter. I came across this company.

    http://www.symprojects.com/

With Rev Burner you will able to connect a REAL rev counter and speedometer to your PC, through the USB port. Any electronic gauge is compatible so all you have to do is to buy the one you prefer the best.

The GI Pro board is a gear indicator display.

looks like what I'm looking for. The Rev B is about $40 U.S. It also states that you need some oftware running with it as well.

    Anyone used it? Any good?

    Thanks

it works fine . I have a rev counter , a GI max, spi-d. They all work in x-sim via a plugin.all work within x-sim (no program running in the back ground unlike the sli-pro)

ask cristiano -contact him at symprojects.com he is very helpfull

the only think that is not yet supported for x-sim is the pro-shift and the lcd that he provides.

one thing, mechanical dials are not supported , only electronic dials. the majority of tacks are electronic. you can mod a tack and get a cheap speedometer . I used a face plate from a bmw and glued on top a cheap tachometer. It works which symprojects plugin for x-sim
