    Hi Sirnoname

many thanks for the link - it has been a while since I studied this, but I understand control loop theory quite well... in fact, I attempted to explain it a while back myself!

I am confused about what will and will not work here - Is it the effective control of the K8055 by manipulating kP,ki and kd that is not working correctly in the latest build? - I am still able to access these options by enabling dynamic speed... do they just not work as I expect :?

Also, do you really consider the time delay in the video to be huge for a wiper motor build? I am always looking for ways to improve this basic setup, but I cant make the wipers respond faster even if they are connected directly to a switch!

I have done a lot of research into other solutions and builds and I dont see a huge delay in response time here... OK it doesn't twitch like an SCN5 build, but my actuators are moving approx 10inches per second, which is faster than an SCN5 for a long stroke... could this be considered poor performance for a wiper build simulator? - I haven't seen any wiper motor sims with faster response, though that never seems to affect the fun that the driver/pilot is having!

    Regards

    Tim
