    What actuators are you using, going to use? If you would provide some more info/pics on what you have so far, we are able to give a specific answer probably. Because there are plenty of options depending which hardware you use.

    Are you sure that you want to use pneumatic cylinders?
    Watch this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hQYD5isFEr0 ... compare it to the SCN5 and wiper-motor videos on top of this page, and think about it again.
    Unless you have proportional valves, the motion quality is not sufficient for car racing simulation. The only applications digital valves might suit, is either hardcore arcade games, or really slow moving simulators like a Boeing 747 imho.

    If you think the video shows enough motion quality, and if you want to use pneumatic cylinders by all means anyway, the the Velleman K8055 should do the job. There are some threads regarding this interface, but in my opinion, you rather should consider to use motors or electric actuatos for more movement precision.

    thanks for your answer, but i need to control my car simulator with pneumatic actuators because i'm studying mechatronic and my class is about pneumatic and my teacher wants to make the project of x simulator with pneumatic actuators but i don't understand how to create the digital interface for two pneumatic actuators.
    i need your help please
