    Hi!
    I bought Sensor HRS100SSAB090
    [IMG]
The problem is that I get value from 40 to 1024 by AMC.
Output voltage of the sensor from 0.20V to 4.8V. Is it possible to somehow adapt the firmware for that sensor????
    P.S.
    Potentiometer used in AMC....

[strike]Try to use the trim potentiometer (blue with screw) on the AMC to limit a little bit the range until fits to your potentiometer. You may need to swap the positive - negative connections on the your pot so the bad area of your pot is on the top range that gets the voltage haircut !! :)[/strike]

This is not a pot, this is Hall sensor. I do not think that's a good idea to change the polarity.

Oh... didn't had the time to google the datasheet... lol

So, yes... it must be mechanical problem of your pots, then... misalligned magnet or something... Can you open the case and look if you can adjust the magnet or the limits of rotation??

This is not a problem with the sensor. In the Datasheet says that the output voltage of 5% -95% of input voltage. It is a pity that the firmware can not be adjusted lower value, but only a range. Thanos, what do you plan to release some updates for AMC?

Maybe he can just limit the percentage of motion from xsim profiler.

Updates? I have some aside for the old AMC1.5 but needs alot pre-beta testing (improvements on the way of loading KP values and recognition string for xsim).

For now I put most of my free time on the completion of the new AMC644USB... I got some boards and trying to check everything is ok. I have some trouble at the moment to get the bootloader working and try to find what is the reason, the new ATmega644p chip, the new low profile crystals I got or the f*cking Vista laptop I use now for programming on the bench....

how many pwm(s) channel for your new design? microchip pic16f1937 use new enhance instruction set and memory register make low level programming a real nightmare to me. dual core design might be the only way out for me for more DOF.
