    I think i have a same problem.
I have a second computer to handle the profiler, and X-sim hardware.
But when is connect the SPI-D or RevBurner the cpu usage jump to 100 procent, and still there until reset. When i connect the hardware, and then start the Profiler, does the same.
The GIMax working Fine. With the SimDash1.2 software the three hardware is working fine, from this computer.
This is a clean XPsp3x86 install, with a 2.5+ Athlon CPU.

    Hello.
I am updating the Rev Burner and Spi-d plugins because I found I was doing something that stresses the CPU too much.
I will post here when the updates are available, hopefully in a couple of days.

    Thanks

Thanks pointer4 for testing the new SPI-D plugin.
I have updated the Rev Burner plugin as well.

Hopefully the 100% CPU issue is now fixed.

I tested it quickly in the morning, worked nicely.
I found a mistake, that the rev profile file (xml), the import procedure not work.
It loads, but the values didn't change.
If I set the values manually, these remain.

Thanks so much! It works now! I just have problems with my cheap revmeter. The power supply that came with the revburner delivery delivers 13,8 Volt. But on the output for the revmeter at the revmeter delivers only 11,08V ... I have no idea why...

    But it's working?
Car devices work in wide voltage range. 9V to 14,8 V
