    Hi everyone!
Has anyone else experienced this situation? I'm asking before I start changing the driver/Arduino. Something curious has started happening in my cockpit; intermittently, when I turn on the cockpit, the motor on the "loss of traction" axis reverses its direction of rotation. I need to reverse the motor's power supply wires, and it works OK. After a while, it reverses again, and I need to reverse the motor wires again. Of course, when reversing, I need to set it in SIMTOOLS. I use a BTS7970 43A driver and three motors on one Arduino (the seatbelt controls are on another Arduino). NOTE: Only the motor with the loss of traction exhibits this behavior.
    Thank you for your help.

Just a guess.... Check to make sure in Sim Tools Game engine, Axis Assignments that the Game List didnt reset back to default if you have a saved profile..

Every once in a while mine goes back to Default for some reason. I had to match my Default settings to my Iracing Settings because it kept changing to Default. I had backward motor issues as well and this happening didn't help While I was trouble shooting..

So maybe the Direction of that motor is different in Default setting vs. Maybe a Game Settings you saved for Need For Speed or Iracing or whatever..

    Good Luck!

    Hi,
That's not it, because every time it reverses direction I need to switch the wires so that the system recognizes the information from the AS5600 (sensor).
I made a change here that seems to have solved it. I'll wait a little longer and if it works I'll share it here in the group. But even so, thank you very much for your tip/help.

Are you using an Motion4Sim controller? I've had the same thing happen on one motor of my system. Only cure was replaced the M4S controller.

    Hi everyone!

I managed to solve it. After some measurements with the multimeter, I decided to redo the connector that linked the Arduino wires to the IBT driver. Now it's working perfectly again.

Thank you and have a great week.
