Thanks, yes it IS very enjoyable while using both its own motion platform software (mostly for racing games) and SimTools V3 for flight simulator programs. The fact that the 3 screens are moving with you, makes you feel like being inside whatever you are playing and no need for VR. It takes up some floorspace though:grin.
Too bad that I can't seem to get some reactions on my FlyPT mover questions, so I still can't really use that :roll.

    Hi Gerrit,

I picked up my platform and yes it was very heavy. It did not come with any documentation so my first questions is: the only cable besides the power and emergency stop is a USB. Would this the cable to control the machine? Which software should I install to start?

Have you opened the lower unit box yet?

Yes I got connection with Simtools V3 with the platform via USB AMC NANO interface. I'm able to test the rig on each individual axis but there are no standard axis assigned to the various motion options (pitch, roll etc....) If I assign the motion options to each actuator the test is not resulting in the corresponding motion. Put my problem in AI and this created some XML files with all presets but NO idea where to put those file or how to import them? If I connect it to XP12 the platform is only give a kind of vibration but no corresponding motion outputs.

My platform is responsive with the AMC interface although the interface/control box inside looks exactly like the Mbox, But I guess the Mbox suppose to be connected via LAN and not USB as I have.

With these settings al motion looks the same. Heave should be all actuators up and down but as I test it, it is the same motion as I test roll or pitch.

It also looks like when the platform is in the the neutral position, some actuators are not a their middle point. Is there a way to calibrate them?
