Hello, just joined and not very familiar with the sim flying. But I am a commercial pilot with a lot of different planes I have flown. A tornado killed my C182RG so I have no plane of my own and other than flying with others I dont much. Sometimes I right seat jets for insurance requirements for the big shots but I love flying so usually do it free. I have an over 1400 hours maybe more quit recording long time ago, got my ticket in 92. I have flown all General Aviation single engine and multi engine, some military jets, Cessna Citations, Cessna 310, 320 424, Piper cheyennes, Cessna chancellors, barons, A36, Mooney, Cessna Bravo, even a Sherman and a glass cockpit bell helicopter,
Anyone have a dual engine prop sim or a business jet sim, or a &#& sim I am interested.

    My Motion Simulator:
    3DOF, AC motor
    Wow, very impressive.:thumbs

Most sim rig builders here use VR goggles so that the cockpit is virtual. That has the advantage that you could theoretically simulate any plane, helicopter or ground vehicle without having to change much of the cockpit hardware. But I guess you are looking for a "real" simulator with all the panels, buttons and switches implemented in hardware. The disadvantage is that this is far more work and you're usually commited to one single type of aircraft. Simulators like that are much harder to find and also much more expensive. This is no surprise as the creators have probably invested thousands of hours to build them. Google for "warthog project" and you know what I mean (and BTW, the warthog cockpit isn't even a motion simulator!)

I have a friend (here in Germany) who wants to sell his Cessna simulator. It looks similar to that one but the whole cabin is moving (3DOF).
