Question Does anyone tried (or is trying) to build a 360° simulator

    :eek::DWoah! I haven't seen this so far although I knew it existed. With a configuration like that the 360° really make sense and gives a real benefit. The cardanic suspended cabin has only limited heave (although still more than most of us have) but together with the long horizontal slide mounted on a very big yaw axis (caroussel/turn table) this works like a large centrifuge and can generate g-forces above 1g for periods much longer than only fractions of a second. This is surely very useful for a fighter jet simulation, although at a very high cost.
