The joint looks new so there's probably not any play in the joint caps. that leaves play in the attachment itself. have someone else move it back and forth as you did in the video. then get a bright light and inspect all the mount connections. Even a little play will be amplified that far away from the pivot point.

I finished my simulator a time ago. First tested it with 2DOF (topplate) then the 3 DOF (bottemplate)
    It works very good.
The wheels are about 28mm total hight.
they are located where the forces are: below the seat and below the front motors.
The extra wheel at the side of the seat are for stability .

The plates are from laminated soft wood. 18mm thick, which is fine: stabel and strong.
The thickness help are a good base for mounting the parts.

The wheels do have a ballbearing. it is needed for reducing forces on the motor. else they stall.
total weight includuding me around 110 kilo.

    Motors
    180watt 24v 11A 2200 rpm
    reducers 1:20
arm offset front and rear motors 75mm

    arduino one
    IBT-2
3x 350 watt power: one each motor
    360 dgr sensors attached with a 1:2 gear (20t-40t)
    3d printed gears and belt

i drive it with the combo simhub on pc, ps5 and gt7 + psvr2
