Fantastic I now have my rig working in both pitch and roll. After getting an I T guy to sorted out my port conflict and checking every setting in the game engine it has come to life . Now the fun begins with the fine tuning . Where is the best place to start and at what point should I be looking at the filters.

Refining a motion profile is part science, part technique, and part experience. It takes time initially but gets easier with practice.

You have a range of fine tune options, depending on the desired end result.

A larger tuning center value will give smother motion over a greater range.

You can create different profiles for specific cars/tracks/planes in game manager which basically modifies Tuning Center values. Less than 100% adds global smoothing to all settings.

And, as you mention, you can use specific filters.
