I thought there may be some interest in using AR to design your rig then being able to order the aluminum profiles directly related to your design, see the call for Beta testers here: https://www.quadrobee.com/get-started

this is sooo cool to have it would be really great to design size and stuff although idk how complexity of structure it can build it would be very useful. a question can it simulate motors and moving or rotating objects? and does it measure weak spots?

If you want to design and simulate in a virtual environment you can use Sketchup.
You can connect your 3D model with the simulator while it's running in the same PC and see how it moves.
That's good for defining the geometry of the rig without wasting construction time and materials.

Interesting i thought sketchup was only to design architecture or just design didn't know they can simulate moving objects like a motor rotating an object with certain torque and rpm. how can i achieve this do u have a video or smthg that can show me the way? thank you in advance

    See the FAQs here: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/how-to-animate-sketchup-3d-model-with-simtools.209/

You can also simulate a simulator, just to practice with SimTools: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/simulate-a-simulator.350/

I'm still figuring out the geometry of the rig and testing the various options on a Sketchup 3D model just moving the slide controller on the bottom right corner.
You just need to install the MSPhysics Sketchup plugin.
If you find them in some repository you can also use 3D models of the commercial parts you want to use, such as aluminum profiles, seat and hardware in general.
As soon as I've finished I will connect Simtools to Sketchup to see how the 3D simulator moves during a flight.
I've no direct experience yet but as noorbeast wrote there is some info available in the net.
    I'm currently experimenting with Roll.
