    @levers,
    We used to only be able to get the ASCII chars for <0> thru <255>.
    We now can ask for numbers up to 32 bit. <0> thru <4294967295>.

    w00t!

    I'll look at this after I get the new axis plugins done.

    The two are not connected or anything. We may need to increase the weight of the dof smoothing is all.

    @ericRacer,
    The upper left game banner is the stop button on any page when running.
    Take care and chat soon!

    I'm not having this problem unless I'm missing something.
    Got a pic?

    Hit a busy patch at work so haven't been on the sim for quite a while. Will be looking to get back into it this week, also coming fresh from a track day last week blasting a V8 Mustang around Pukekohe, so that always tends to add a bit of inspiration when tuning. I will aim to get that repo sorted also this weekend and dump in some test profiles.

    I have a new set of servos and screws for an experimental rig also coming which will be 1610 pitch so once that is up and running I will also tune for tripod config and the faster actuators.

    I'm not sure what you mean then. The game should still be running when you press stop. If you press start it will connect back to the running game.

    You asked about stopping and restarting V3 and it works for me.

    When I open the sliders app I get this:

    [IMG]

    As you can see Axis 1a and 2a are renamed to match my axis assignments. However, if I select to show (B) or (C) then go back to (A) then it reverts back to this:

    I've noticed on Axis assignments the filter buttons now show as grey squares with a minus sign but the ones with settings applied now show straight away as blue squares with a plus sign so that seems to have been sorted! :thumbs

    @yobuddy

    I don't have a clue what I would need to do to change that or make it work. I'll stick with the settings I have now for my fans! :grin

    I think you may have misunderstood me. I wasn't linking the two. I was just saying although the new UX and UI and crash detection in V3 is great, I prefer the smoothing in V2 and that's more important to me.

    As you say, V3 is faster but whatever overall smoothing you've built in to me is not enough. Setting it to 100% still doesn't get anywhere near the 80% in V2

    Are you able to increase the affect the settings have?

    Thanks

    Cool man, I was looking at output testing in axis setting lol.

    w00t!

    There really is nothing to change for your settings, its just if someone needs higher values, you can now do it.

    Yes, don't worry, it will be adjusted proprly.
    I will probably increase the weight of the profile intensity also.

    Chat soon!

    Hi Yobuddy,

    That's much better. Possibly better than V2. Great work thanks.

    One small thing. In V2 manually entering the min/max numbers I am able to TAB from on number to the next making entering them quite easy. In V3 it doesn't do that. Is there a way of making it work?

    I know it's not a priority but if you could do it then it would be a big help moving from V2 to V3 when more games plugins are available.

    I also appreciate it's at the bottom of your to do list but a dual JRK plugin for V3 would mean I can test my whole setup on it.

    Using V3 is great step forward. Excellent work!

    Hi @yobuddy,

    Thanks for sorting the plugin. It's working well.

    I see now you've added a definite action requirement to rename the axis which I think is better.

    I saved the game motion A and B axis assignments profile to default as well as global, loaded a new game and the A axis assignments came up for both A and B, even the output type meaning I had to re enter all the B settings.

    I've found that in motion settings for a game, copying the default profile to create a new one resets all the values.

    Tried copying the default profile again and it didn't delete everything this time so I don't know what's happening there.

    Also, new profiles are only visible for that particular game?

    Pressing reset deletes all the settings but does not delete the filters.

    The only thing I can think of is that it was not saved before copying it?
    (As it actually copies the default profile and then loads it.)

    I still need to try this still...

    Yes, they are profiles for that particular plugin (game).
    If the plugin supports it, click auto in the upper right corner, and it will create one profile per vehicle.

    Auto created profiles are created from the default profile for the plugin.
    Default profiles for new installed games are created from the global profile of the same type (air, land or sea)

    I will take a look buddy!

    Update Posted!
    Slight Gui update and some groundwork done for interface naming.
