The directory path is not correct, it needs to be where IL-2 is located.

Are the motors moving out of range/tripping PSU or is it a sound notification indicating a USB disconnect?

This shows that data s not flowing to the Tuning center, suggesting the patch path is not correct or external interference by the likes of Anti-virus or firewall software.

As an aside, intensity levels should be at 100% except in circumstance where there is vulnerable hardware, such as SCN actuators.

Hit the Details button on the error message to show the full details, copy and paste those here and @yobuddy could have a look.

This is a new one for me, so I did some searching on google, and it seems to be somewhat common.
In all of the fixes presented at various sites and even some YouTube videos, it seems it may be a problem with either permissions, hdd errors, or a bad stick of memory.

Let's start with Antivirus thou, what are you using?
Maybe install avg free and give it another try.
Let me know what you find, and we can go from there.
    Take care,
    yobuddy
