I have an SFX 100 that has been working great with iRacing for the last year on a PC with Windows 10 and SimFeedback software. My new PC runs Windows 11, so SimFeedback doesn't work and I have installed the SimTools software. I've read through the manual, added the iRacing plugin, configured the Axis and Interface settings and in test mode, when I drive, I can see all the sliders moving around...plus in the SimTools tuning Center, I can see the Data data numbers rapidly changing.

The challenge that I'm trying to figure out is that there is ZERO motion in my hardware. I'm assuming this must be an interface config issue? But I really don't have a clue...so I would greatly appreciate some guidance.

    Thx!!!

I've attempted to follow the instructions...but they are WAY over my head. What I was able to do was drive around and capture Min/Max in the Tuning center.

Here's the Interface settings and the Mix/max from the tuning center: https://prnt.sc/23oigg4

When I purchased this software, the sales page said it was simple and easy to use. Unfortunately, that has not been the case for me and I would happily pay for assistance.

    Thanks!

    Here's the Min/Max values I captured https://prnt.sc/23oinm7

From this point forward in the instructions, I don't understand what I'm supposed to do. There is still zero motion in my rig.

Here is my Axis Assignments https://prnt.sc/23oiprn and here's the game manager when I'm driving and trying to get the motion to work https://prnt.sc/23oiqqz

Here's a screenshot of the testing screen in Game Engine https://prnt.sc/23oirn7

With the simfeedback software, all I needed to do is connect the serial ports and hit "go" and it worked. Wondering why this software doesn't have a 'simple' option like that? So far it has been extremely complex and confusing.

What controller are you using, is it supported by Simtools?

The Max/min values are way too big and have not been captured.

The proper sequence to do so in the Tuning Center is click capture max/min, reset all, drive for a while without hitting anything, back in Tuning Center save then finally stop capture, as my post here: http://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/pitch-problem-with-fsx.6482/#post-71837

I have an Arduino. Perhaps that is the problem? I wasn't even aware that there were other boards available until yesterday.

I think going with a Thanos controller and SRS is going to be a better option for me because the setup time is said to be under 5 minutes. Am I able to get a refund on my license key and my gold contributor status?

From what I remember, the simfeedback application requires a special Ard code which did not work with other sim apps.
