    Hi all

I am using multiple servo motors for my gseat
3 of them have stopped working. I believe the controller board is out of order
Instead of replacing with new servos, do you know if the controller board can be purchased separately?
Could find this info so far. Maybe some of you have done this already..?

    My servos are this model:
    https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Dsservo...ar-Digital-for-Servo-1-5-Redcat-/274394809632

    thank you

Whatever that ebay listing is it has ended, so is not available. Better to post the actual details.

    the servo is this one:
    DSSERVO DS5160 HV 60kg 180 ° 18T Metal Gear

    Hi fellow electronicians

i still have this servo model dying regularly
it starts to be expensive to replace !
Looking at the photo of the circuit board above, i wonder if this red cylinder in the middle could be a fuse?
I would be good if i could just replace it to fix my issue

Do you think it is a fuse?
what type? where to buy one?
if I short connect it (i connect both ends directly), is it a way to test if this is the faulty component?

    thank you!

Best to measure it with a multimeter (do not short it out)

Are you able to spot a fuse in this circuit?

None on this side of the board. What's on the other side?
