Hello, I want help in a question, it is the following when the simtool program is running with any game, can the angle of the actuator bars be modified from the program?

I am not certain what you mean by 'angle of the actuator bars', but if it is the angle and range of the motor lever then that is set by whatever code you use, not by SimTools.

What you can do in SimTools is create Game Manager profiles for specific cars/tracks, where you can tweak a base profile to make variations of it: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/steps-to-create-a-motion-profile.228/

I'm sorry, I think I didn't explain myself well, what I mean is that if I'm playing in the simulator chair and the levers go down a bit or go up, I want to know if from the simtool program I can make the levers go up or down without get up from the simulator chair.

If the rig is not holding try refining your PID, outside of that you may have a design issue, check the balance, perhaps shorten the lever CTC distance.
