Hi everyone, new member here, congrats to everyone on all your builds and knowledge! I'm in the process of building a 2dof and have a question regarding the ibt2 controller.
Does anyone know if 2x ibt2 controllers can be connected to 1 motor to increase the power ? I have read that It might be possible but I'm still not sure. If someone could chime in on this please would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi @Gadget999 the 100a controller arrived today, am I correct that it would use mode 1 smc3 ? If so, could you give me a rough idea on how it would be wired ? Cheers

Its a great board, there is a lot of built in protection and it can switch 100A i think it can switch 200a for short periods of time also !

Hmm ok. So you do not have any motor shutdown because of ibt-2 shutting down anymore?
