    Hello guys, I am LeTrung and I am from Vietnam .sorry about my English.

    Few years ago I was built 2 DOF motion simulator, It's working perfectly and I was very happy. This is my last 2 DOF Simulator :



    Now I am building my simulator with 5 of DC motor 12v for 5 DOF (Surge/Sway/Pitch/Roll/Heave)

    Is that metal galvanized? You might get better welds if you etch that crap off with muriatic acid.
    A bit late for that advice now I know.

    I just finish the controller box and 3 wiper motor. Test on simtools everything seem OK.
