    Which is the max supported weight for the driver/pilot of your 6dof system? Can the 6 motors move... how many kg?

    Could you please tell me what power resistors are you using?
    What are the differences between your firmware and the standard firmware?
    How does the software know the Min and Max positions if you are not using switches?

    Brake resistors ? 100w 0.5 ohm I think

    Lots of tweaks in the firmware I use that Insectatech made. And you define the min and max in the firmware

    So I am trying to re-create this as we speak, and It isn’t clear to me how the rose heads at the ends of the actuators actually attach or what they attach to. Does anyone know or have a SketchUp of that? Once I figure that out, I can SketchUp a design for the seat frame. I just can’t seem to figure out what was used. To tie the actuators to the moving frame.

    I have the rose joint inserts already, those are the loop inserts. I’m asking what do those actually connect to. In other words what goes through the loop rose joint. That’s what I can’t figure out. How does that connect up to the floating frame?

    I've been very quiet not much to report to be honest everything running great apsrt from a few mishaps caused by me. just too busy racing and enjoying the rig :D

    So I have been thinking for a while to upgrade the actuators to try and get rid of noise and wobble of the longer ball screws so here it is and i am currently printing and just waiting on my tubes to arrive

    I'll update my google drive with the new plans once I know it actually works and doesnt break/snap/fall to bits :)

    Also I have bought 2 oDrive clones from china they work just as good as the originals for less than half the price, which is the price they shoulde be selling for anyway, they are way too expensive

    Unbelievable your progress since hour zero when you began to build the first 6DOF. While I stuck with my race rig still using heavy winches you entered an absolutely new dimension of building simulators. Bravo!

    Hey @SilentChill, Great build here. I'm looking at your files and was wondering if you could tell me where you go your u-joints on the bottom. Can't find a listing so I can get sizes that will fit in to the part you built. Thanks for your help..

    edit- also do you happen to have the stp files for the uv joint parts? would like to make some changes to fit my build.
