The Chinese sent not good pulleys. I will try others. The microphone on the cellphone is very sensitive.

Hello. I finished all the actuators. Now you can build the platform. I will describe the platform in a new topic.

Thank you for sharing. How much does an actuator cost?

Everything happened. I set up a simulator. I decided so far to limit the progress of the actuators to 200mm. I decided that there will be a lot of 480mm. Later I will try at 480mm. While I'm using SimTools, then I'll try on FlyPt.

I think that they can start building simulators, actuators and platforms in a commercial version. Equipment and manufacturing capabilities are. Actuators get very reliable and strong.

hello Ivan. congratulations first of all for your project. I too am thinking of making an actuator similar to yours but with a stroke of 150mm. Also I would like to use 80ST-M02430 motors. I'd like to ask you a question. What type of toothed pulley do you suggest? HTD 3m, HTD 5m - GT, GT2?
    Thanks

Very beautiful design, but the price of a single 1000 euro is still too expensive!
