    Hello,

I am happy to come back after months of absence... with a new PC, but I have a problem::(:(:(

My OS is Windows 10. When I tried to enter licence of SimTools, launtching the programm"Simtools Registration", I have the message:
"Internet Connection is Required for Licensing. Please Connect to the internet and Try again".

I tried to reinstall .NET Framework (version 4.8) but I cannot: I have a message that a later version of NET Framework is already installed on my computer.

I also tried NetFxRepairTool without success...

    Thank you in advance

Are you using the latest version of SimTools: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/marketplace/motion-simulation-software-simtools.63/

There is a separate reg app should you want to use an older version.
    https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/simtools-v2-3-1-hotfix-is-out-registration-fix.12807/

And are you sure your access code is correct? You can look up your SimTools license number, just log into SimTools.us: https://simtools.us/member-login/
Use the email you purchased the Licenses with, and if you don't have a password, click reset password.

    Hello Noorbeast,

cool it is perfectly ok with new version (I had v2.2.5 . It is a little bit strange, I did not have pb last year with windows 10 and this old version of simtools (2.2.5). But perhaps .net framework has changed and is no more compatible with the 2.2.5 ...

Thank you, I am able now to run again my docxdof... (cf post "Lauching finally a 3DOF (seat mover) instead 6DOF low cost dynamic simulator" or )

(It to show it to my 3,5 years old grand-son ... :):):))
