    Hello
Alas now in the same boat as had to do a fresh win10 64 pro install (2004)
Reverting to 1909 for me is not possible.
    so a +1

AMD 3700x on a 570 steel legend mobo

Have tried 2.4 and 2.4.1 to no avail.

Yes reduction in acceleration / speed of actuators works and thanks Damien .
It is more of a one setting fits all though.

Fingers crossed the problem is resolved soon.

    Thanks Noorbeast,

Will try again with 2.4 but Pog0 apparently has 1909 and Im stuck with 2004

Just wished Id kept my 1909 iso. Ah well - Im a past master of hindsight.

Currently persevering with the accel n speed actuator settings as its still a tad rough especially on AMS .

    Will let you know .
    Thanks again

You also have earlier SimTools versions if necessary, different members have reported a range of roll back version solutions they have found to work.

Thank you to all who have posted tips.
Hopefully 1909 is currently downloading courtesy of Kparkins tip. ( fingers crossed that works)

Things Ive tried via version 2.3.1 ( So far)
Only based on AMS test. ( formula reiza on speilburg )
Put all 3 usb connectors /com ports on a pcie riser USB 3.0 card - to eliminate Mobo USB - No change
Removed all hidden non connected devices in device manager .- to minimise polling conflicts.- No change
Disabled Windows defender. ( just in case) - No change
    Removed and added filters.
Re tuned via tuning/ capture option .
    Compatibility modes - win 8 & win 7.

Axis tests in Game engine all work as well as normal.

    100% intensity - Way too severe .
98-99% - marked drop of in actuator movement ie not 1% more akin to 15-20 ish% with not all outputs the showing the same decrease.
    90% actuators rumble only
87% - no rumble or noise from actuators.
    10% - same as above.

This decrease appears to be definitely not to follow a linear drop.

WIll be doing the same with version 2.4.0 Before trying the roll back to 1909.

Hope this info helps even though results are no doubt machine specific.

Ive peformed the same test with Version 2.4.0.
Using the same Axis settings. with Pcie riser used.

100% not as severe as 2.3.1
99% drop off more marked than 2.3.1 more akin to 40%
at 87% there was actuator rumble which disappeared at 80%

Also Disabled Control flow guard CFG and DEP in defender - No change in results.

Then reduced axis force settings to total 100% .

100% slightly more managable game play wise .
However the drop off when slider used appears the same.

Think I may as well try version 2.1 as suggested before the inevitable "Rufus re-install" to 1909

So far, the version 2.3.1 (for me ) has been the least affected by the windows 2004 OS "upgrade"

As promised I tried Version 2.1 , Im Glad I did and thanks to Kscorp.

    Success . Win 10 - 2004 . Works well with Version 2.1

99% - much closer to 100 than any other version tried.
80% - Actuator rumble though minimal movement
10% - Still had an Actuator rumble only.

I admit I never really went deep into Simtools features - I just wanted to to go Vrmm Vrmm , but they are useful.

Things I have noticed in my foray into this.
The game tuning and virtual axis views are really more than they appear at first glance. Though I did go a tad crosseyed trying to keep my eye on them when driving / bouncing and reading.
The individual game manager profile slider setting is not a linear regression as I would have assumed .
( Im living proof of thats what "assume" does.)
As a total novice , I would say its more of a logarithmic/ tangential style drop off in overall movement.
And it seems that each version appears to start its drop off at different parts of that curve.

Many thanks to all who helped with suggestions.

And I still have a bootable 1909 instal USB as well. ( Just in case)

    Thanks Again

For me, for one computer OK, for another one in Windows 10 2004... always bad... better compared to 2.4.1...but really slower compared to 1909... It's better because SimTools 2.1 is more agressive for the telemetry renderring....

Like wise - Thanks Yobuddy. 2.5 works.

Hello friend, I ask you a question, did you try version 1.5 of simtools with the 2004 update of windows 10 on different PCs .. because I want to know if the last update 1.5 solves the connection problem between the engine and manager
