It's connected, when on, it keeps moving. When touch both ext ( limit switch) it stop. When touch the bottoms it move but fast to one side and slowly to the other. In 100 stroke just move a little. I put it in 430 stroke to make one complete turn. Stock parameters

Sorry for the delay, I'll definitely look at the parameters as soon is possible.

One thing if you want to quickly try is to find the parameters for electronic gear and set the nominator to 20 and denominator to 1... this will give you 20:1 ratio on the pulses to match the pulse ratio of the AASD-15A servos.

I'm getting 22 turns on the servo motor shaft going from home to 50% Park in 430mm stroke.

Since you are making custom wiring, you might as well wire the limit switch on the cable... it will simplify things if you want to swap the motor order around later etc.

Good, but make sure to set park position to 0 (zero)... seems you have it set to 50%

I will be putting the sensor horizontal in the actuator pipe. Here the magnet holder.

Hi, I'm installing the system, only problem I have is in one of the actuators. When I begin playing, one of them stop working. No error in driver, just servo lost power because I can move it with my hands. I need to turn off the system and turn on again but same happens few seconds after begin playing. I see that the fan of the driver turn off also.

Do you see any alarm message on the AASD-15A servo drive panel?

Check your wiring, maybe something is loose on the db25 plugs...
