    the stm32 card uses the same arduino code?

    yes, difference is that stm is way faster (72mhz vs arduino 8/16mhz)

    using the stm card insted of arduino is noticeable faster and better?

    Not noticeable. Arduino is more than enough. We switched to stm32 to generate 20kHz pwm.
