I think there has been an issue with the pnp option. Try to disable it, and see if it works better.

I tried with PNP on (default) then I have removed (off)
I have the same problem, the Profiler goes off, I must once again press start.

    I use the latest version

Re: Riton' 2DOF project with AC gearhead motors

my simulator is really well, but I have always the problems with x sim, it's disconnect .

X sim stop, stop button and stop the simulator, why? Did you have a idea ?

it happens often if I remain without moving, or if I made the move draft

if I drive fast, no problem, against if I drive slowly, sometimes it disconnect and stop the simulator

Re: Riton' 2DOF project with AC gearhead motors

    vos avis?

Re: Riton' 2DOF project with AC gearhead motors

sorry for this french message, but , its difficult for me to make a good explication in english :sos:

when my simulator is at the center, my axis are 50%
but when I press start, the simulator can not stop in the middle!
it moves constantly! around the center

it's too hard to stop at 50% clear, impeccable, it's impossible!

I need to set a dead zone between 47% and 53%
is that possible, or how to stop the simulator at the center without moving?
    thank you

new video with sim x 2.1.04 beta
I always the problem: simulator disconnect, or X sim disconnect and stop the simulator....
the simulator stop alone, is painful!
have you a solution for this problem that has lasted long with me?
    thank you

    some pictures of the progression:
I painted the simulator, and I make over the top of the simulator.
I make a frame to stiffen the bottom of the simulator

Re: Riton' 2DOF project with AC gearhead motors

    Nice Platform!
    Do you use inverters?
Do you use an analog input to the inverters?
I have inverters on my motion controller.
I uses 0-5V input ,an must use -100% in dynamical speed control for both left and right direction to get my motion running smootly.
