I thought I should give Simplicity a bit of a shout. I bought their 10Nm wheel over a year ago and was very happy with it. I damaged the control box and they replaced it free of charge even though it was my fault. 3 months ago the replacement box was damaged by lightning. The wheel was out of warranty and it was not their issue anyway but they gave me 50% of the price as a trade in on their new 20Nm wheel, I just have to pay postage for the return.

I have not used any other brand of DD wheel so cannot make any comparisons but I really like their wheel, it is significantly better than the T300 I had before and dead easy to set up. The price is not much higher than the more expensive non DD wheels so definitely worth considering.

I am starting to think I should have bought this wheel rather than buying parts from several suppliers and fighting to get them to work together
