    Just wondering are you going to be releasing any of the files for the 3d printed pedals and the block in the caliper? If so, I'd love to start making these soon!

    Now i am working on getting rid of the 12mm axles. New versions could be released in about one month.

    Great to hear this is coming along so well! Really excited for the final revision, if it ever stops improving

    I haven't seen much talk about the clutch pedal? Is that being started after the accelerator is finished or have I completely missed something?

    Well, I got some ideas for the clutch pedal. Otherwise I won't work on it until I got a kind of financial support... I am also working on a sfx like project, and on a wheel, and also got a big personnal project, so I won't have money to spend on the clutch right now...

    That's a shame but is completely understandable, clutch isn't as important and not everybody uses them I hardly ever do either. Constantly making the prints, buying parts etc all adds up expecially if you count the time you've spent designing it, making it, modifying it over a few times.

    I may try and design it looking at different projects, and how you've made yours, but I have very little experience working with cad programs besides designing an 8020 rig.

    Just looking at other hydraulic pedals, and noticed that most of them have a double hydraulic system just for the brake pedal. Do you know what the reason behind this?

    You mean double master cylinders ? It's for front brake and rear brake.

    Oooo that's looking good so far! Always love watching 3d print doing it's magic.

    Having a double master cylinder would that actually do anything beneficial? Seems like an excuse to increase the price.

    In fact, in real cars, it allows to tune the break balance between front and rear.
    In sim racing, you obviously don't need two, but for the brands (like Simtag...) that use real pedal sets, they are forced to use two cylinders, otherwise it wouldn't distribute the load well...

    Ahh thought about the distributed load and that they would have to come up with a different design to use just 1 master cylinder. Didn't know they used real pedals for there stuff, that just makes the prices even more ridiculous.

    Nice project, I also made a 3D printed pedal (in Petg Carbon fiber), I was going to market them, but the costs became too high and I decided not to do it, I really like yours, especially hydraulics, I wonder whether it is possible to adjust the pedal hardness in any way?

    Well for the moment no, you can only tune the preload.
    I could add other mounting point on the lever for the master cylinder axle so we can change the force moment. Maybe we could change the part that goes into the brake callipper too...

    There's a screw on the pedal which adjusts the position which will give it a longer or shorter stroke which will make it harder or softer. Just like a real car.

    In fact, it just reduce the travel where there is no resistance. It doesn't change the soft or hard feeling... I should draw a graph to explain...
