I would run from MMs. Only go with the sabertooth. They are more $ - but you'll be spending it sooner or later anyway. 500w seems to be overkill - especially for a 110v outlet. They would take 42Amps to power and you would have spikes in the neighborhood of 100a. Technically - the sabertooths can handle 60a and spikes up to 120a.

The 350w motors have held up great. Would buy them again.

Where did you get the 12vdc motors and gear boxes?
Did you order the shafts separate?
I ordered identical motors and gearboxes from ebay, the shafts are hollow. I had to tap the I.D. of the shaft to get any sort of length from the unit.

There is a link in the first post. Both the motors and shafts were ordered together from Alibaba. (Dake Motor co.)

    Thanks,
    Cliff

Dake motor doesn't advertise these motors. You'll just need to contact them and request them. They custom build everything.

Dake Motor was super easy to work with and I would definitely recommend them. If you can find the right motor via surplus, that would be great too, I just couldn't find the right combo that I needed in surplus, and if I could, I then couldn't find 6 of them. Good Luck

Thanks @CLEOPHUS, going to purchase 3 tonight.. Did you notice any negatives as far as motion once you installed them? Slower -heave, roll was dampened, etc?

100% positive impact. Smoothed everything out and eliminated the neck pain after using it for 30 minutes. You absolutely need them.
