    Hi, I have a G25 and Fanatec Clubsport V3 Inverted pedals - no motion platform or bass shakers. I'm interested in getting more haptic feedback about loss of grip. I may invest in some bass shakers soon. But first I wondered if I could use the XSimulator software to activate the pedal shakers on my existing Clubsport pedals. I've not done anything with the XSimulator software before some any help would be appriciated. Thanks.

    Welcome @moefinley.

    It would be possible to hack the Clubspport pedals and use GameDash, a SimTools companion app to control the rumble motors. But that seems a bit pointless when you can just use Fanaleds to control the pedal rumble motors: https://www.fanaleds.com/

    But if you get transducers then GameVibe (another SimTools companion app) can be use to control, customise and fine tune their haptic feedback.

    Other possibilities are things like a telemetry driven race harness will also greatly enhance immersion.

    @noorbeast
    Thanks for the helpful reply. I'll look into GameDash. I had heard of FanaLEDs but what I read was it only allows you to set the feedback to activate based on the pedal force, not on any metric from the sim such as loss of traction. Is that not true?

    Correct, but pedals are a poor way to try and simulate traction loss, hence my suggestion to review other member projects.

    Please start your own thread and post any further questions or comments there: http://www.xsimulator.net/community/forums/diy-motion-simulator-projects.22/

    Welcome @Wojtek12.

    I have taken the liberty of adding a Google Translation to your post, as you can dual language post but it is part of the Forum Rules that you also include English, doing so via Google Translate is fine: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/forum-rules.9527/

    Simulation and associated peripherals, in all their forms, is one deep and twisty rabbit hole, which is part of the fun, so do plenty of research first. Thankfully we a really active community here who freely give of their time and expertise.

    Hello everyone. Just finished building a SFX 100. Now I need to learn how to program the drives, actuators, and axis. Feeling very overwhelmed at the moment lol. I mostly drive Iracing currently, but have access to ACC as well. Looking forward to increasing my knowledge from the infinite wisdom on this forum.

    Thanks,
    Jay

    Hi ! (I've been on here since 2009, just realized I didn't introduce myself... :eek: never too late to do it ;)

    I'm 42, from France. I've been creating stuff since I was 5. Since a month now, I'm transforming my static driving simulator to a dynamic one.

    Looking forward to talk and exchange about Simtools and Dynamic simulators :D
