I don't get the position feedback working using Hall potentiometers and I guess they are not connected in the correct way because I can't do any feedback settings in the Pololu setup interface but I can control the motors manually by the inteface without feedback activated.

The JRK G2 card has two different feedback connections, tachometer and analog, and I have used the analog input connection in the same way as recommended for use of a standard potentiometer. (GND to POT-, FBA analog feedback to OUT on the Hall potentiometer and AUX to UCC on the Hall potentiometer).

I guess the AUX (auxiliary output) give the needed 5V to the Hall potentiometer electronics but perhaps I'm wrong and I shall I use the 5V (regulated output) instead of the AUX output?
Edit: Found this at the Pololu site "The AUX pin can be used to supply 5 V power to a feedback potentiometer and detect if it becomes disconnected."

OR shall I use the SCL and SDA/AN and GND connections on the JRK?

    Problem solved! :)
Used the +5V output instead of AUX on the JRK G2 and unchecked the "Detect disconnect with power pin (AUX) in the feedback settings to get the Hall potentiometers working.
