    Are you sure the rods you're using are large enough? Perhaps it's part of the design I've missed but they look bent.

    yes i bent it :rolleyes: i started the rig without any limits. so the leveler bent the rod.
    But they are strong enough. M16 Steel Rods. (16mm)

    Yes it goes off the floor :D but its even worst with a passanger inside.. At the first test the rig nearly fliped over ^^

    Can you just use the FLIP checker to change the direction of a force?
    Maybe this is different from linear actuator.
