Well, it's not going so well, I do not have lateral forces, does anyone know why?

Not sure if I should be asking this here or in GameVibe thread.

My Buttkickers continue to vibrate after races are finished and whenever the game is paused. Is this a known issue with the plugin or am I just doing something wrong?

Do you see input data in the GameVibe Tuning Center and what is it, Rpm?

Just tested it. It seems that Gamevibe continues to receive any input (road detail, rpm, etc.) that is occurring when I pause or finish the race.

I havnt played the game for a while but now all works except traction loss on Extra1.
Have retuned and played around with the settings and I can see some movements if I run virtual axis.

All other games works ok but not PC2.

    Is it just me?

ok, I went through 9 pages and 4-5 years old conversation,
but no one seems to have noticed the false cue when turning.

I race a Formula C on Imola and on the first turns my brain sends me failure alarms.
Then comes the T7 Tosa, a sharp 180 turn left.
The plugin makes my rig roll left side down, right side up, like a motorcycle

On a left turn, the vehicule is push out to the right, it rolls right, G-Forces push the driver out, to the right.
(That's why a motobike driver rolls his 2 wheel bike left, and a plane with no wheels too,
but a car with 4 wheels can't do that, not even if all passengers lean out left out of the car...:grin

I tried to inverse direction of roll, but no difference.
Anybody there to confirm, or is this behaviour only on my platform. (Gforcefactory)

Maybe your axis mapping is off. Inverse should fix it, I presume you did save the preset when testing the inverse checkbox. Also, first try with only roll, yaw and pitch, disabling heave, surge and sway. I'm not familiar with the Gforcefactory, but sustained G-forces like you would feel in a turn are practically impossible to simulate on a stationary rig. So personally rather leave them off.

Please post pictures of all of your settings and if possible a video where the motion of the rig and game screen can be seen at the same time.

    thanks for your replies,
I noticed the same false movement with the raceroom plugin, so I guess something must be wrong on my side.
I'll be back with picture/video when I've checked my settings.

About the Gforces, they are not simulated in the plugins, they merely simulate a roll of the car.
The Gforcefactory's Edge6D has native settings which work well without the need of Simtools plugins.
They simulate some Gforces up to 0,5G, and if they are missing, well then I really miss them.
Specially the pitch forward when decelerating. Braking really feels dead with the simtools plugins.

Without seeing your settings from your description my guess is that sway and roll are not properly set and refined. Sway will lean away from a corner and the DIR settings in Axis Assignments will be set opposite for roll.

Similarly, it sounds like surge is not properly configured for the likes of braking, pitch is more for the likes of track undulations.
