im thinking of shielding the hall sensors using USB wire (just discovered today testing a the hall sensor cause i was checking gear play and mistakenly reached the 10 turn limit for gear misalignment..STUPID ME ALMOST BROKE 30$ hall sensor)... USB cable has shielded 4 wires!!!

and using coax cable for the link between arduino and sabertooth...

    Hello. thanks for the feedback!
So the noise comes from engine 2 in the photo with the arrow.
Two motors run with the hall sensors marked H in the photo.

Then I installed "Folding ferrite filter sheath current ferritic core suppression". Link
Marked in the photo with green dots.
And suddenly the 10-12K noise is gone!

I have to test a lot! Wait, I hope that is not a random. By the way, I only use a shielded cable everywhere. He is not grounded!

I have to absolutely look at your electrical installation or your RIG. Maybe I did something wrong with my installation. Maybe you have done something better ;-), or have better engines :).
    Did you ground your shield?

Mines a right botched job :D it's not grounded and I use the same cable for the limit switches too.

    Last change to my Actuators.
I had to realize that my limit switches break out of each other.
I bought new ones that are bit more robust and had to match the holders for new switches.

Two out of four 360 degree Hall sensors have been installed for more than a month and run flawlessly.
I still have to block it. A lot of work!

The toothed belt wheel is immersed in the housing so that the tension of the toothed belt wheel is absorbed by the housing. This creates a bad ball bearing with a lot of friction. I will show the 3d drawing later. The normal cheap potis have been held for almost 6 months.

The here with gas spring is also in planning.
