    figured out why my other 3 actuators were out of alignment... slight shift at the bearing block and top plate spells unsquareness for the ball screw.
    i was able to align one for the night. to be continued.

    Didn't you take out the inserts of the BK12 ? They keep it all nice and straight, just a thought ;)

    Just some progress. Finalized my version of the anti rotation device.
    used the nut housing which i plan to epoxy the carbon tube with, but increased the surface area by adding a PETG 3d printed 20mm ball screw spacer..

    a tid bit from back then..
    i didnt realize that the BK12 bearing blocks had two bearings inside of different inside diameter. one was bigger than the other. some bearing blocks i had to open them up to switch bearing placement..

    working on the power section.
    but i have a question..
    im following the wiring for power similar to sixdegreesoflight..

    i am just wondering why he chose to have fuse protection for just power supplies instead of both the batteries and the power supples, since one side of the fuse block has both the batteries and sabertooth connected on positive...

    @wannabeaflyer2 @SilentChill @Flymen @pmvcda any idea?

    Hiya @hannibal , well I'd have to say its a choice really depending on who you see for Electrical advice , I Have both Options on my layouts ,see dodgy pictures attached ,
    One uses a Main circuit breaker between Supply and shared Controllers . On the Other SMC version I opted for Fused connections to each Sabertooth and Only Main switch for 12Vdc supply .

    Either way the thought was any Overcurrent would obviously / Hopefully trip the fuse or Switch( with resettable Fuse ) before electrical damage due to excess current could occur ..

    But again I have not run my system for a long time but electrically those configurations should have been safe and fine ..
